What this statement means is that whatever you do in joy of life you will stay concentrated on only one thing and you will actually become someone in life that has enough energy to live off a successful life and you will learn many new good things that people choose the right. The statement says that it’s the first law you should know that carry’s success and concentration if you actually put work into what you want to do.
