This statement means that if you make effort in yourself and have hope you will make it to the end of life and you will feel accomplished in life. For example everyone has dreams in like that they want to achieve and once they start noticing they will reach that goal they want to put more strength in their hopes and make them achieve what they want in life which unlocks your potentials and everybody’s.
