Summary:
This story shows that Jenna Huff was a Olympic runner but as soon as she was going to hit the finishing line she hurt her hip, and breaks down. She still won a sportsmanship award which meant so much to her. She said it was the right thing to do about 7 times throughout her interview but now that she’s fine she goes out at 4:30 in the morning every day to run because she still has hope in herself and that’s the good thing about her. Her award was about a good extremely sportsmanship because she broke down but still ran. She has so much hope in herself but she chose to go further just to reach and win which now has her as the U.S Olympic Committee.
Reflection:
What I think about this story is that she inspires me to choose the right because even if she’s hurt her try’s and made it so now she succeeded. For example, even if you’re hurt you have to think to yourself and just say “I’m going to make it” and so Jenna Huff did. So when I do something I know I’m not going to do, I want to inspire myself how she inspired herself to get something full of joy in the end which you will cherish forever.
